We review your application and schedule a call to learn more about your needs.
3. Program Approval
If approved, you’ll receive next steps, house rules, and move-in guidelines.
4. Move Into Your Furnished Room
Bring your clothes and essentials. We provide the rest.
5. Become Part of the Community
Participate in monthly check-ins, follow structure, and begin your next chapter.

We are not a treatment facility, but we collaborate closely with case managers, providers, and organizations to ensure members remain compliant, housed, and employed. Although we offer short-term placement — Our goal is long-term housing stability.
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Q: Is this emergency housing?
A: No. We are a structured housing program with screening and requirements.
Q: Do you allow active substance use?
A: No. We have a zero-tolerance substance-free policy.
Q: What happens if a member breaks the rules?
A: Violations are addressed immediately. Repeated or serious violations result in discharge to protect the household.
Q: Do member need income?
A: Yes. Residents must show proof of income or an income plan.
Q: How do you handle mental health needs?
A: Member must be compliant with prescribed medications. We coordinate with case managers but do not provide clinical care.
Q: How do referrals work?
A: Referrals may come from organizations, case managers, or self-referrals. All members must meet intake criteria.
Q: Can you house everyone referred?
A: No. We are selective to maintain safety and program integrity.
