We are currently developing a Community Resource & Referral Directory to help individuals, families, housing providers, case managers, landlords, and community organizations connect with trusted local resources.

Our Community Resource & Referral Directory is not available yet. We are currently gathering information from housing providers, landlords, nonprofits, service agencies, and community organizations.

The directory will be created after our upcoming Let’s Partner! Housing & Community Networking Meet Up and will be shared once the information has been reviewed and organized.

Why We Are Creating This Directory

No single organization can meet every need. Our goal is to make it easier for professionals and community members to quickly locate reliable organizations, housing resources, and support services.

This directory will help strengthen referral relationships, reduce confusion, and connect people with the services that may best fit their needs.
